Family clay time

Come to the studio to make with clay alongside your child. Working on your own projects, but sharing time together supported by an experienced ceramic artist. Each session will focus on a making technique rather than a specific project, so that you can both make things that are exciting for you. This could be pots, vases, sculptures, the possibilities are endless.

Sessions last up to 2 hours and the items you and your child make will be glazed and fired, ready to be collected a few weeks later.

The summer sessions are suitable for children ages 7+

However, you know your child, if this sounds right up their street and they are able to maintain focus for a couple hours, they are so very welcome. The sessions are held in a working ceramics studio, please bear this in mind when deciding on the suitability of the sessions for your and your child.
